The process is initiated with a detailed job description from the client and includes:

  1. Advertising in relevant media
  2. Telephonic screening of respective candidates
  3. Receiving & screening of all CV's
  4. Work & character references, qualification verifications
  5. Criminal & ITC checks where appropriate (only done on special request of client)
  6. Co-ordination of interviews with client
  7. Facilitation & structuring of offers to candidates
