Minimum of 7-10 years in the position of a SAP Functional System Expert
 Minimum 7-10 years of business experience within the specific functional business area and/or
 An advanced level of understanding of the complexity of system development lifecycle in the SAP environment
Business and Modules relevant to SAP Finance
The Business Process Analyst is responsible for maintaining, implementing and enhancing the configuration of the Business Services Systems, as requested by the Business Units in accordance with the company standards. This will include the management of business services projects from start to end to ensure
meaningful contributions for the Group. The incumbent will further provide support to members of the IT Department as well as to the end user community
 Work independently with business users at all levels to define project concept, objectives and approach.  Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, site visits, business
process descriptions, business analysis.
 Define project scope and objectives and take assigned project from original concept through final implementation
 Conduct project meetings and provides single point of contact for assigned projects by co-ordinating interaction and communication among IT and business personnel and identifying and co-ordinating assignments of internal resources and external contractors to meet project requirements.
 Work closely with business and IT staff to identify and maximize opportunities to use information and technology to improve product, service and business processes.
 Review, analyze and create detailed documentation of business system and user needs
 Consult with IT and business resources to determine business, functional and technical requirements and develop requirement specifications as well as establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between
usability and performance needs.
 Coordinate the development of approved business and functional specifications
 Define, develop and perform or co-ordinate end user testing
 Co-ordinate business sign-off for any developments and/or system changes
 Ensure continuing operational quality by actioning and documenting bug fixes and enhancements
 Serve as the conduct between the customers at business unit level and the software development team through which requirements flow.
 Interpret customer business needs and translate into application and operational requirements
